Hospital operating system

The hospital runs on what you say.

MedisVoice unifies OPD, IPD, pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, billing and compliance in one system — with ambient clinical voice AI that turns a spoken consultation into a structured, coded record before the patient leaves the room.

01Why hospitals replace their HMS

Three failures, and they are always the same three.

Nobody replaces a hospital system because the screens look dated. They replace it because the same three things keep costing them money, time and safety margin.

1 of 3

Systems that do not talk

Registration in one system, pharmacy in another, lab on paper. Every handoff is a re-key, and every re-key is a billing leak or a clinical near-miss.

2 of 3

Documentation eats the consultation

Clinicians spend more of the encounter looking at a keyboard than at the patient — and the note still gets finished after hours, from memory.

3 of 3

Compliance discovered at audit time

ABDM linkage, consent artefacts, NABH evidence and audit trails get assembled retrospectively, in a panic, from screenshots and spreadsheets.

02The platform

Four things a hospital system has to get right.

MedisVoice is not a records archive with modules bolted on. It is one operational spine — documentation, delivery, compliance and measurement — sharing a single patient record.

Ambient clinical AI

The note writes itself. The clinician signs it.

Speak naturally through the consultation. MedisVoice returns a structured encounter — history, examination, assessment, plan — with suggested ICD-10 codes, orders and a prescription, staged for review.

  • Structured SOAP output, not a transcript dump
  • Drug names and dosages handled by a medical vocabulary
  • Nothing enters the record without clinician sign-off
  • Every AI suggestion is logged with who accepted it
One platform

From the token counter to the discharge summary.

OPD, IPD, ICU, theatre, pharmacy, lab, radiology, insurance and finance share one patient record and one ledger. The chart a nurse updates is the chart the billing desk invoices from.

  • Single longitudinal record across every department
  • Charges captured at the point of care, not reconstructed
  • Live queue, bed and theatre state visible to everyone
  • Modules switch on per hospital — pay for what you run
Compliance by construction

Built for the regulator you actually answer to.

Tenant isolation, role-based access, encryption in transit and at rest, and an immutable audit trail are structural properties of the platform — not a module you buy later.

  • ABDM: ABHA linking, consent artefacts, health-record exchange
  • DPDP Act 2023 and HIPAA-aligned safeguards
  • NABH evidence captured as a by-product of daily work
  • Regional data residency for India, UAE, UK, AU and US
Decision-grade analytics

Numbers the management committee can act on.

Occupancy, throughput, case mix, revenue cycle, claim ageing and clinical quality indicators, computed tenant-scoped from the operational data — no nightly export ritual.

  • Revenue-cycle: realisation, denials, TAT, ageing buckets
  • Operational: OPD load, bed turns, theatre utilisation
  • Clinical quality: readmissions, LAMA, early-warning triggers
  • Regulatory and NABH reporting packs out of the box
03Ambient clinical documentation

Say it once. It files itself — then waits for your signature.

Most systems give you a transcript and call it AI. MedisVoice returns a clinical document: sectioned, coded, with the orders and the prescription already drafted against your formulary.

Nothing is filed automatically. The draft is staged for the treating clinician, who edits and signs. The record captures who accepted which suggestion, and when — so an AI-assisted note is as defensible as a typed one.

What the doctor says

Forty-two year old gentleman, follow-up for diabetes.

Sugars running high for about three weeks now, more in the mornings.

BP today is one-forty over ninety. Weight eighty-two.

Continue metformin one gram twice daily, add HbA1c and a lipid profile,

review in two weeks with the reports.

04Module catalogue

Thirty-plus modules. One record. Switch on what you actually run.

A 12-bed nursing home and a 400-bed multi-speciality hospital run the same platform — they just have different modules enabled. Nothing has to be re-implemented when you grow.

05Who it is for

Every desk in the hospital, not just the doctor’s.

A system only sticks when the person at the counter at 9:10 a.m. is faster with it than without it. Each role gets its own worklist, its own permissions, and nothing it doesn’t need.

Doctors01

Finish the note in the room.

Speak the consultation, review the structured draft, sign. Orders, prescription and coding come with it.

Nurses02

One worklist, not five registers.

Medication rounds, vitals, care plans and handover on a single screen, with escalation when a score deteriorates.

Front desk03

Register once, route correctly.

Search, register, allocate a token and take payment without leaving the queue screen. Walk-ins and appointments in one line.

Pharmacy04

Dispense against the actual order.

Prescriptions arrive electronically with batch, expiry and substitution control, and post straight to the patient bill.

Laboratory05

Sample to validated report.

Barcoded collection, analyser results, validation rules and reports delivered back to the ordering clinician and the portal.

Billing & TPA06

Nothing gets delivered unbilled.

Charges accrue as care is delivered. Estimates, packages, claims and denials tracked to closure with an audit trail.

Management07

See the hospital, not last month.

Occupancy, case mix, collection and receivables live — with drill-down to the encounter that produced the number.

06Security & compliance

The part procurement asks about first.

Patient data is the most sensitive record a hospital holds. Isolation, access control, encryption and audit are structural properties of MedisVoice — not a premium tier and not a policy document.

Isolation, RBAC, encryption and audit — structural, not optional.

Deployed per region so patient data stays in-country.

01

Tenant isolation

Every query is tenant-scoped at the data-access layer. One hospital can never read another hospital’s records — enforced in code, not by convention.

02

Role-based access control

Permissions resolve per role, per module and per action, across web and mobile. What a role cannot do, it cannot see.

03

Encryption

TLS in transit, encryption at rest, strict transport security, and a locked-down content security policy on every response.

04

Immutable audit trail

Who saw the record, who changed it, what the value was before, and which AI suggestion a clinician accepted — retained and queryable.

05

Consent management

ABDM consent artefacts, purpose limitation and expiry are first-class objects, so health-record sharing is always traceable to a grant.

06

Data residency

Deployable per region so patient data stays in-country for India, UAE, UK, Australia and US operations.

07Plans & pricing

Priced by the people who use it, not by the bed.

You pay a platform fee for the plan, and then only for staff beyond what it includes — split by what they actually do, because a receptionist does not cost what a consultant costs. Every quote is scoped to your estate: tell us your bed count and staffing and you get the figures in writing.

Any module marked Add-on can be added to a plan, and anything not listed can be scoped in. Both are quoted with your estate — tell us what you run.

09Implementation

Live in 4 weeks — because the migration is the project, not the software.

Hospital software fails at cutover, not at demo. Our rollout is deliberately boring: reconcile the data against your own reports before anyone switches, and keep a department running in parallel until it does.

The plan on one pagego-live →
  1. 1
    Week 0

    Discovery & scope

We map your departments, tariffs, roles and existing systems, then agree the module set and the go-live date.

  2. 2
    Week 1

    Tenant & masters

Your isolated tenant is provisioned. Doctors, departments, services, tariffs, drug and test masters are loaded.

  3. 3
    Week 2

    Migration & training

Patient, visit and outstanding-balance data is migrated and reconciled. Role-based training runs department by department.

  4. 4
    Week 3

    Pilot go-live

One department runs live on MedisVoice with on-site support while the rest continue in parallel.

  5. 5
    Week 4

    Full cutover & hypercare

The hospital switches over. Daily hypercare reviews continue until the numbers reconcile and the queues are clean.

Timelines assume clean master data and a single facility. Multi-site groups and estates with heavy legacy integration are scoped individually.

10Questions

The questions procurement actually asks.

Anything not covered here, ask us directly — you will get a straight answer, not a callback form.

Is the AI making clinical decisions?

No. MedisVoice drafts — a clinician decides. Every AI-generated note, code suggestion and order set is staged for review and enters the record only when a qualified clinician signs it. Each acceptance is recorded in the audit trail with the user and timestamp.

How is our patient data kept separate from other hospitals?

MedisVoice is multi-tenant with isolation enforced at the data-access layer, so every query is scoped to your tenant before it reaches the database. Access within your tenant is then constrained by role-based permissions, and every read and write is audited.

Are you ABDM compliant?

The platform is sandbox-complete across all four ABDM milestones — ABHA creation and linking (M1), HIP care-context linking and consent-gated data push (M2), HIU consent requests and data pull (M3), and Connect: HFR/HPR registry search, verification and bridge linkage (M4) — with FHIR R4 health-record exchange throughout. Production certification is granted per health facility, not once for the platform as a whole, and we run that process with you during onboarding.

Can we migrate from our current HMS?

Yes. Patient demographics, visit history, outstanding balances and master data are migrated and reconciled against your existing reports before cutover. Migration assistance is included on Basic and Enterprise.

How is it priced for a hospital our size?

Pricing follows the plan and the number of people who use it — doctors, clinical staff and admin staff are counted separately, because a hospital with 40 staff and one with 40 doctors are not the same hospital. Tell us your bed count and staffing on a demo and you will get a written quote for your estate, inclusive of what onboarding and migration involve. GST applies on top.

Do we have to buy every module?

No. Modules switch on per hospital, so you run the departments you actually operate and nothing else. Basic includes the standard set outright; anything beyond it is added per module rather than by forcing a plan upgrade.

Does it work on mobile?

Yes — a staff app for clinicians and a patient app for appointments, reports and payments, both sharing the same permissions and API contracts as the web platform.

What happens to our data if we leave?

It is yours. We provide a complete structured export of your clinical and financial data in standard formats, including FHIR R4 resources for the clinical record.
